Mr Mehboobali Saiyed is a Practice Manager in Diplock Solicitors Limited and has played a strategic role in the development of the firm. He excels at working on business plans and creating realistic and feasible targets to help Diplock Solicitors reach its goals.
He is regularly involved in the negotiation and post integration aspects of business development, extending from setting consultancy fee sharing arrangements with solicitors to ensuring a flexible work life balance for caseworkers. In the last 12 months, Mr Saiyed has been involved in increasing the number of consultants and opening new branches throughout London.
He is also a qualified accountant and holds over 20 years’ experience working as an accountant. He is also a law graduate and registered as a foreign lawyer in the UK.
He has 25 years’ experience in managing and auditing and has expertise in business development and growth, making him a great asset to the firm.
He also has 15 years’ experience working and running educational departments. So far, along with his efforts, the firm is moving and expanding in different geographical areas and expanding the firm’s client base.
He is a good leader as well as a team worker. In his last job as a director, his role was to look for opportunities and create sustainable and successful business ventures.
From time to time, he has meetings with stakeholders and is known amongst the community as a well-liked and competent gentleman.
Mr Saiyed is also fluent in English, Gujrati, Hindi and Urdu.
